Ceílí Dances (pronounced “kay-lee”) portrays the joys of Irish dance while presenting 3 variations on a theme. I wrote this while attending college as a foray into music for young musicians, and was fortunate enough to find a director who was willing to help make the piece playable and have his group perform it.

Ceílí Dances is a grade 3 piece for Concert Band.
